For each completed TRT transaction, the buyer and seller have the opportunity to rate each other by leaving feedback. Feedback consists of a rating (positive, negative or neutral), along with a short comment on the experience with regards to different aspects of the transaction. Each buyer and seller’s score as well as comments left will be available for other users to see, and inform future sales or purchasing decisions.
Ratings and comments can be disputed and responded to. A reply to feedback received can be added and will be displayed with the original feedback on the system. If both members are able to resolve a problem after feedback has been left, it can also be mutually agreed to withdraw the feedback and rating.
